Dr. Rebecca Horner

Dr. Horner is licensed by The Saskatchewan College of Podiatrists; licence number 8470.

Dr. Horner graduated from The University of Northampton in the UK in 2009 after completing her B.Sc in Podiatry. She worked in the NHS and privately in the UK before moving to Canada. Dr. Horner completed additional training in Cortisone injection therapy and has worked in a Foot Surgery department in the UK. Her role at the foot surgery clinic included administering local anaesthesia at the ankle and knee allowing Dr. Horner to offer specialised treatments such as dry needling for plantar warts. This varied background has enabled Dr. Horner to become highly skilled in all aspects of Podiatry. Dr. Horner has completed the pharmacology for Podiatrists course at The Michiner Institute, Toronto. This allows her to request diagnostic imaging and to prescribe foot related medications.

 

Since moving to Canada Dr. Horner has worked in Yorkton and Saskatoon before opening the clinic here in Tisdale.

 

Dr. Horner grew up in Norfolk, England before moving to Canada in 2018. She enjoys camping and continues to follow the teams she supports in soccer and cricket.
